MEF Feeder Layer Cells

              

DR4 mouse feeder cells confer drug resistance to Neomycin, Hygromycin, Puromycin and 6-Thioguanine. The passage 3 MEFs have been irradiated and frozen at a density of 4-5 million cells/vial. DR4 mEFs feeder cells are ideal for supporting the undifferentiated growth of human and mouse embryonic stem cells and genetic manipulation of these stem cells.
