We offer MEF Feeder layer cells are irradiated mouse embryonic fibroblast (mEF) that can support the undifferentiated growth of mouse and human embryonic stem cells. With their capability to differentiate into all cell lineages in the body, hESCs hold great promise in human cell replacement therapy. However, one of the greatest challenges facing hESC research and clinic development is the derivation of high purity lineage-specific cells from hESCs.
